29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: The employer is failing to protect the employees from fall hazards associated with repairing a side dumper trailer in the maintenance shop. The most recent occurrence took place at the facility located at 13800 S. 54th Street, Roca, NE where the employer has maintenance employees climbing onto the fenders of the side dumper trailers to repair the tarp control arm without using any methods of fall protection to prevent a fall.
