29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(3)(i): When there was occupational exposure, the employer did not provide, at no cost to the employee, appropriate personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, gloves, gowns, laboratory coats, face shields, masks, eye protection, and mouthpieces, resuscitation bags, pocket masks, or other ventilation devices: BUILDINGS 1-1, 7-1, 1-9 LAUNDRY On, or about November 8, 2016, laundry aides exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials found in soiled hospital laundry were not provided protective gowns which prevented blood or other potentially infectious materials from passing through to the employees' clothing.
