29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1)(i): Every open-sided floor or platform 4 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level was not guarded by a standard railing (or the equivalent as specified in paragraph (e)(3) of this section) and was not provided with a toeboard beneath the open sides where persons can pass: Establishment: Outside Tire Shredder Machine Area - employer did not provide a standard railing that extended to the side rails of the fixed ladder that provided access to the platform adjacent to the tire shredder machine chute that was approximately 112.5 inches above ground level.
