29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: a) Roof of Residential House: Two employees working from a residential roof to replace a section of aluminum siding were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet while working without a personal fall arrest system or other means of fall protection, on or about 10/18/2016. The Hackensack Roofing Co., Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985146, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/04/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 449 Lasalle Ave, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604.
