29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: 1) On October 26. 2016, and at prior times, employees were potentially exposed to hazards during an emergency in that badge reader type magnetically locked exit doors were equipped with manual emergency release pull stations, installed on walls next to the exits, that required special knowledge and training in order for employees to be aware of their existence and function.
