29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) The employer is failing to protect employees this was most recently documented on, or at dates prior to, October 25, 2016 at worksite 730 State Hwy 165, Branson, Missouri.- employees in the Laundry room area were exposed to rotating parts hazards when operating the Wascomat W185 washing machine Serial # 9212/003545, that was missing the back covering exposing the belt pulley motor during operation.
