29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) In the employer's garage, on or about October 31, 2016 - The employer failed to provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes where employees pour 4 ounces of liquid penetrate into a 5 gallon container. Liquid penetrate contains 20-30% potassium hydroxide.
