At the Machine Shop West, the employer did not perform frequent inspections on a 5 Ton General Overhead Crane, Serial number 5936, unknown model number, exposing employees to struck by hazards. b. At the Weld Shop, the employer did not perform frequent inspections on a 5 Ton R&M Overhead Crane, serial number P7896, Model Number Kit UHSGE, exposing employees to struck by hazards. c. At the Machine Shop East, the employer did not perform frequent inspections on a 5 Ton General Overhead Crane, serial number 5935, unknown model number, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
