29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a) Jobsite: Electronic Throttle Body department, CNC Max Table Top Milling Machine - Employees conducting tool bits changes on the milling machine were exposed to amputation hazards from the tool bit as the employer did not require the use of energy control procedures to control the potentially hazardous energy of the machine during the tool bit changing process. Noted on or about 10/5/16.
