29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) The "Tennsmith" Model 1014 Serial # 06708 sheet metal sheering machine was not effectively guarded on the back of the unit, to prevent employees from having hands and body parts in proximity of the cutting blade, creating a potential amputation injury. b) The "Roper Whitney" Autobrake 2000 Model AB1014T Serial # 11-1-07 metal rolling/bending machine was not effectively guarded, on the back side unload platform, to prevent employees from having hands and body parts in proximity of the bending operation, creating a potential crushing or amputation injury.
