29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) On or about September 28th, 2016, in the stockroom/Receiving area, the employer did not ensure that exit routes were unobstructed by carts, called U-Boats, full with boxes of merchandise after delivery. The exit route and exit door was blocked with carts full of merchandise parked closely against each other. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1158861, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/02/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 304 Briarwood Dr., Jackson MS.
