29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) On or about December 7, 2016, the exit route of the Boiler Room was obstructed by Brine System containers. The double-door exit route was equipped with a panic bar on the east door which was partially obstructed by the containers. The west door had no mechanism for opening from inside unless the east door had been opened first via the panic bar.
