29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 9/17/2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee hoisting roofing material from a roof to the ground while at the edge of a 4-story condominium was not protected from fall hazards due to lack of fall protection system. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
