29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: a) On September 16, 2016, the belt and pulley drive on a mortar mixer engine were not guarded in order to prevent employees from the accidental contact with the moving parts. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
