29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more methods in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(A)-(C): A.) Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Inc., 9440 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, press pad area, on or about September 15, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees were walking/working on a platform to perform cleaning operations on equipment including, but not limited to, the bladder press. Employees were working at a height of 69 3/4-inches from ground level. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard at the end cap of the platform.
