29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 10 Market St. Amsterdam, NY 12010 - On or about September 12, 2016, employees applying stucco on the 5th frame scaffold platform were exposed to head injuries from employees dropping tools and material approximately 6'4" from employees working on the 6th frame above them.
