29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and/or use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee from the hazard(s) identified: (a) The employer's hazard assessment was deficient with regard to the operation of the Rockwell Drill Press, Model #17-600 in that the employer required employees to wear gloves during operation of this equipment, which exposed them to the hazard of getting caught in moving parts.
