29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. On or about October 20, 2016, at the forming department of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a roll bender (i.e. BPR Curvatrici srl, Model CXPH 40) whose operating control was placed in front of the point of operation. b.
