29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: On or about August 30, 2016, at a new structure construction site located at 12624 S. Memorial in Tulsa, OK, employees were allowed to work on a scaffold that was not fully planked, exposing the employees to fall hazards. I.M. Stucco L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1065331, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 2, 2015, with a final abatement date of May 21, 2015, with respect to a workplace hazard at 4611 W. 6th Ave. Stillwater, OK 74074.
