29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about September 3, 2016, at the above addressed job site, the employer did not ensure that A- frame storage racks were capable of supporting the load of the granite and marble slabs that were stacked on them, thereby exposing employees to struck-by/crushed-by hazards, in the event of an unexpected collapse of the storage racks.
