29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about August 30, 2016- job site of 85-05 212th Street, Queens Village, NY 11427 employees were working at an active construction site, where overhead work was being performed, without protective helmets. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
