29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On August 31, 2016, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 21.3 feet while framing a newly constructed single family home. Coyote Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949307, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #6 Carl Ct., Woodridge, IL 60517. Coyote Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 614218, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 2, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 20 Kovington Creek, Lake Zurich, IL 60047.
