29 CFR 1910.151(a): The employer shall ensure the ready availability of medical personnel for advice and consultation on matters of plant health. On or about August 9, 2016, medical personnel were not summoned to determine employees medical condition and the full extent of employees injuries following a chemical inhalation incident of a toxic chemical called 2-(dimethylamino) ethyl acrylate (DMA3 and or FA1).
