29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) On August 24, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the work floor near press 31 was maintained in so far as possible a dry condition. The floor presented oil accumulations which exposed employees to slip and fall hazards and struck by hazards from powered industrial vehicles driving through it.
