29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exits routes were not maintained to provide free and unobstructed access: a) 60 S. Gerald Drive, Newark, DE - On or about August 25, 2016, the employer failed to ensure the exit route, located in the stock room area, was free and unobstructed as the exit door was partially blocked by store merchandise, trash containers, and other materials. The 7-Eleven, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962946, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on June 3, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 91-924 Makule Road, Ewa Beach, HI.
