29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a)Jobsite: The employer does not ensure that employees use fall protection systems while performing framing work. This violation was most recently observed at the property 9181 Academy Road, Philadelphia, PA 19114 on 8/22/16 and 8/23/16, where employees engaged in framing activities approximately 32 feet above ground were exposed to fall hazards without the use of fall protection systems. To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must provide and require the use of fall protection systems while employees are working at heights of six feet or greater.
