29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) 16849 Roadrunner Dr. Bridgeville, DE - On or about August 24, 2016 and again on November 18, 2016, the employer failed to keep passageways where forklifts are operated in good repair, in that the there were holes in the floor covered with loose pieces of sheet metal.
