29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. a) Dollar General Corporation/Dollar General Store # 12556 - On or about August 31, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the exit route leading from the employee break room was free and unobstructed as it was partially blocked by U-boats and merchandise. 1. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which is inspection number 1008065, citation 1 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 6, 2015 with respect to store number 7562 located in Bear DE. The store is in the Wilmington Area Office jurisdiction. 2. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which is inspection number 907752, citation 1 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2015.
