29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) 18578-7 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 - On or about August 22, 2016, the employer failed to ensure the Shoe Department and Dressing Room area were kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition, in that the area was cluttered with shopping carts, boxes, and other materials, and not kept clean and orderly condition. The TJX Companies, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1162337, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 08/29/2016, with respect to a workplace located at2718 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY.
