OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: at Ball Metal Beverage Container Corporation at 12340 Co Rd 99, Findlay, OH 45840: On or about August 18, 2016, the employer did not ensure that employees were trained on the alternative protective measures and effective protection while conducting a label change on the decorator and inkers exposing the employees to amputation hazards.
