Northwest Bay Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132145, citation number01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 185, Cannonball Lane, Watersound, FL 32413. Heritage & Son Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1049184, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 3, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 35 Grayling Way, Lot 5, Inlet Beach, FL 32413.
