29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) This violation occurred on or about May 31, 2016 and at times prior thereto, when at least one (1) employee working from an elevated job-made scaffold platform mounted to the forks of a rough-terrain forklift was exposed to a fall hazard.
