29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9): All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts shall be guarded in accordance with the specific requirements of 1910.219. a. At the work site located at 2160 Mc Gaw Road, Obetz, Ohio, employees used a KVal 990 machine to load wooden door slabs for processing. The employer failed to guard the moving parts of the loading clamps, exposing employees to a caught-in hazard. b.
