29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): The employer did not review the operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate: a) Rear Foundation Level of the East Campus Building Marine Corps. - Training on the operation of the JLG Telehandler Model G12-55A did not include the instruction from the operator's manual that the vehicle not be used to drag loads, on or about 8/12/2016. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
