29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B): Additional retraining was not provided whenever a periodic inspection under 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6) revealed or whenever the employer believed that there were deviations from or inadequacies in the employee's knowledge or use of the energy control procedures: On or about August 8, 2016, and at times prior thereto, at this manufacturing plastic plant production area, a machine operator corrected a wrinkle with plastic material on a roller of the slitter machine/precut station and deviated from the company written procedure. The employer did not retrain the operators in the correct energy control procedure.
