29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about August 3, 2016, at the worksite located at 32 Magellan in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, employees using pneumatic nail guns to fasten shingles to the roof did not wear eye protection. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of eye injuries.
