29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(C): Information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the electrical classification: a) Pinnacle Propane Express, LLC. - On or about July 28, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that the process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the propane filling process included electrical classification information. This condition exposed employees to inhalation, fire, and explosion hazards.
