29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: a) At the shear machine, on or about and at times prior to March 11, 2016, the employer did not provide a hand tool for employees who were tasked with shearing sheet metal sheets with a 12' Pacific Shear Machine, exposing the employees with the hazards associated with amputation, lacerations, broken bones, and bruises.
