29 CFR 1926.106(a): Employees working over or near water where the danger of drowning existed, were not provided with U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets or buoyant work vests. a) Boathouse, Pole 131, Harveys Lake, PA - Employees were working over and near a lake with water depths ranging from one to more than fifteen feet and were not provided a life jacket or buoyant work vest while performing construction activities along the dock area, exposing employees to a drowning hazard, on or about July 21, 2016.
