29 CFR 1926.352(a): Movable fire hazards in the vicinity of unmovable objects that were to be welded on, cut or heated were not taken to a safe place, or otherwise protected: a) On or about July 18, 2016 and at times prior thereto employees were welding in an aerial lift, where a 100 percent cotton tarp, lumber, and other combustibles were contained within the aerial lift.
