29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a. Railtech Boutet, Inc. - Napoleon, Ohio: On or about July 19, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the work floor and walk-way between the sinks and packing machine was maintained in so far as possible a dry condition. The floor presented a water accumulation during heavy rain events and from an air dryer's condensation, which exposed employees to slip and fall hazards.
