29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: On or about 8 July, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were working from an aluminum cat walk that did not have guardrails, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximate 12-15 feet.
