29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about July 6, 2016, at a worksite located at 116 Tallmadge Circle, Tallmadge, OH 44278, during construction activities including but not limited to roofing activities, employees were exposed to eye hazards while using pneumatic nailers.
