29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b) or as an alternative, covers. On or about 6/29/16, at 17101 SW 96 Street Miami, Florida 33196, employees who were on the second floor performing punch list duties, were not protected from falling approximately 10-feet through a floor opening, by a guardrail system, a personal fall arrest systems and/or covers. Southern Chills, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1107510, citation number 1, item number 3, issued on 1/6/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 11160 SW 225th Terrace, Miami, Florida 33130, which became a final order on 1/21/2016.
