29 CFR 1926.1417(o)(1): The equipment was operated in excess of its rated capacity: (a) On or about 06/13/2016 - Highway 269 South, Parrish, AL, a Link-Belt LS218H II 110 Ton Crane and a Terex HC 110 Ton Crawler Crane were being used to pick up an 120-foot concrete girder beam and place it on the bridge columns when the capacity of the Terex HC 110 Hydraulic Crawler Crane was exceeded, tipping the crane over.
