29 CFR 1910.107(c)(2): Open flame(s) or spark producing equipment, not separated by a partition, were located within 20 feet of spraying area(s): (a) On or about July 7, 2016, the employer failed to protect employees from fire, explosion, and smoke hazards in that two unprotected electrical outlets are located within 20 feet of the spraying area where employees spray combustible material, including, but not limited to Elgen Water Based Liner Adhesive, Capital Hardware Elgen 100% Silicone Sealant and Adhesive, and Elgen Duct Sealer. No partition protects the electrical outlets from overspray. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
