OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being caught between a stationary and a moving object. On or about May 26, 2016, at the Bloomington Ford Grant Unit well site, employees moving a float (flatbed trailer) with a winch were exposed to crushing hazards.
