29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1): The employer did not provide a program to train all employees who service rim wheels in the hazards involved and the safety procedures to follow while servicing rim wheels: On or about April 08, 2016, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide a training program, describing the procedures to follow and the hazards involved with servicing rim wheels, to all employees who service rim wheels. This exposed an employee to the hazard of being struck-by pieces of an exploding tire.
