29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about May 18, 2016: a. In the Coating Department where employees were exposed to struck-by and thermal burn hazards while using a thermal coating booth identified as Booth E001 without an interlocking door guard to protect employees from moving parts and flame while the thermal spray operation was active. b. In the Coating Department where employees were exposed to struck-by and thermal burn hazards while using a thermal coating booth identified as Booth E002 without an interlocking door guard to protect employees from moving parts and flame while the thermal spray operation was active. c. In the Coating Department where employees were exposed to struck-by and thermal burn hazards while using a thermal coating booth identified as Booth E054 without an interlocking door guard to protect employees from moving parts and flame while the thermal spray operation was active. d.
