29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Double Exit Door In Back Room - Employees working in the back room or employees required to use the back room emergency exit were exposed to fire hazards from a bar through the handles of the double exit door, on or about April 18th, 2016. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1012465, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 07, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 203 Wedowee Street, Bowdon, GA 30108. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1003589, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6010 New Hartford Street, Wolcott, NY 14590. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
